By accessing the Caring Hands Diagnostics website, scheduling an appointment, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services

Caring Hands Diagnostics provides professional testing and collection services, including but not limited to:

• DOT & Non-DOT Drug Testing

• Rapid Urine Drug Testing

• Hair Follicle Drug Testing

• DNA Testing

• FD-258 Ink Fingerprinting

• Mobile Collection Services

Services are provided based on availability, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are strongly encouraged. While walk-ins may be accepted when available, service cannot be guaranteed without a scheduled appointment.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of services.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Employers, organizations, and approved business accounts may be invoiced according to agreed-upon terms.

Refund Policy

Fees for completed services are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Refusal to provide a specimen

• Failure to appear for an appointment

• Invalid, insufficient, or rejected specimens

• Client errors in submitted information

Any approved refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Caring Hands Diagnostics.

Testing and Collection Procedures

Clients must present valid identification when required. Certain services may require additional documentation before testing can be performed.

All collections are conducted according to applicable industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Results

Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to laboratory processing, specimen quality, weather events, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Caring Hands Diagnostics does not alter, interpret, or guarantee testing outcomes.

Mobile Services

Mobile service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and staffing. Additional travel fees may apply for certain service areas.

Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate location for mobile services to be performed.

Limitation of Liability

Caring Hands Diagnostics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, testing processes, laboratory turnaround times, or third-party provider actions.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

All website content, logos, text, graphics, and materials are the property of Caring Hands Diagnostics and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Privacy
